Meet Carrie Ann Chandler — Your Values-Driven Western North Carolina Realtor!
Carrie Ann Chandler’s connection to the mountains of Western North Carolina runs deep. As a child, she spent her summers visiting her beloved Mawmaw and Pawpaw, planting the seeds for her lifelong love of the region. She earned her undergraduate degree at Brevard College, nestled near Pisgah National Forest, and after a few years living in Iowa and Philadelphia, she followed her heart back to the mountains for good in 2016.
Now rooted in the community, Carrie Ann thrives on exploring mountain trails, supporting local eateries, and forging genuine relationships throughout the area. When she’s not guiding clients through their real estate journeys, she enjoys time with her wife and co-business owner, Angel, playing with their three grandchildren, relaxing with their two dogs and cat, or giving back through volunteer work with several local nonprofits.
Carrie Ann is more than just a REALTOR® — she’s a mission-driven advocate for her clients. Her work is grounded in three core values that guide every interaction and transaction:
Compassion - Buying or selling a home can be one of life’s most stressful experiences. Carrie Ann understands this deeply and brings patience, empathy, and trauma-informed practices to every client relationship. She is committed to creating a personalized, pressure-free experience that meets her clients where they are.
Inclusion - Carrie Ann believes that everyone deserves to feel welcome, seen, and respected. As a proud lesbian woman living in the South, she understands the importance of safe, affirming spaces — and she works hard to foster them in her business. Her commitment to inclusivity means she serves people from all backgrounds with dignity and warmth.
Responsibility - Real estate is one of the most significant financial decisions most people will make. Carrie Ann takes that responsibility seriously. She upholds the highest standards of fiduciary duty, leans on the collective expertise of her firm, and remains a trustworthy, knowledgeable advocate for every client she serves.

We are a diverse community of believers who come from all over the globe, and from all ages. What draws us together – and keeps us together – is our rich, vibrant faith in God that reflects itself in reaching out to our neighbors both here and around the world.
Compared to other churches, we’re not old fashioned, but we’re not so contemporary, either. We believe that church shouldn’t divide us, but bring us together.
